Holy Mass

It is an order of holy prayers, during which the bloodless sacrifice of the New Law, instituted by the Savior at the Last Supper, is performed and offered. This sacrifice was entrusted by Him to His Holy Apostles, and they passed it on to their successors, the priests, to be performed always in the Christian Church - for His remembrance and for the forgiveness of the sins of the faithful.

Confession is one of the seven Holy Sacraments of the Church, through which the believer, confessing his sins with sincere repentance before his confessor, receives, through the grace of God, their forgiveness and the liberation of the soul.

Unction

Holy Unction is the Sacrament instituted by the Savior Himself, who, through the prayers of the priests and the anointing with consecrated oil, shares with the faithful the divine grace for the healing of bodily and spiritual illnesses, the forgiveness of sins and the strengthening of the soul, as Christ said when He sent the Holy Apostles to preach: "These signs will follow those who believe: in My name they will cast out demons [...], they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover!" (Mark 16:17-18).

Vespers is an evening service in which the faithful give praise and thanksgiving to God for the past day and ask Him for protection during the night. It expresses trust in the Lord's care, repentance for sins committed during the day, and hope for salvation. During Vespers, psalms are read, hymns are sung, and prayers are said.

Baptism

Baptism is that Holy Sacrament which, through the visible work of the threefold immersion in water and the invocation of the Holy Trinity, imparts the grace that erases original sin and other sins and makes the one who receives it a member of the Church, born to a new life in Christ.

Wedding is the Holy Sacrament through which, after the promise of the bride and groom, freely given before the priest, to live together in love for the rest of their lives, to give birth to and raise children and to help each other, they are shared with the divine grace that strengthens and elevates their natural companionship, transforming it into a perfect and pure moral bond, into a unity in the image of the bond between Christ and the Church.
